JHA Academy Affiliate Program · Your data, protected.
Your privacy and data security are strictly prioritized. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you participate in the JHA Academy Affiliate Program.
To operate the affiliate program, we collect the following data:
- Account Information: Full name, Email address, Phone number, and hashed passwords.
- Channel Information: YouTube channel name, URL, and approximate subscriber count.
- Financial Information: UPI ID or bank details strictly for processing your monthly payouts.
- Tracking & Analytics Data: When users click your affiliate links, we log:
IP Address
User-Agent
Device Type
Geolocation (Country)
Referrer URL
- To create and maintain your publisher dashboard.
- To accurately track clicks, calculate your earnings, and process UPI payments.
- Fraud Prevention: IP addresses and User-Agents are actively monitored and logged in our security system to detect bots, VPNs, and fraudulent click activities.
- To send important account notifications and program updates via email.
Your passwords are securely encrypted using industry-standard hashing before being stored in our database.
🔒 We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data, YouTube metrics, or financial details to any third-party marketing agencies.
- Your UPI/Payment details are only used to initiate transfers via our authorized banking partners.
- We may fetch public statistics regarding your channel using the secure YouTube Data API.
If your account is permanently deleted or you request account closure, your personal tracking links and pending payments will be cleared. However, click logs associated with fraud prevention may be retained for security auditing purposes.
